We would like to take this opportunity to thank Blue Ray Homes for their complete and satisfying construction in the building of our cottage, this being our first and most likely last involvement in a major build. From the initial presentation of the quotation, complete with 3-D images of the finished cottage to the detailed costing down to fine scope of their supply. Detailed discussion on both sides before acceptance and signatures were even considered on the documentation, thus avoiding any hidden extras, which there were NONE. In the experience of our friends we talked to, hidden extras seem to happen quite regular between other parties.

Throughout the construction their site staff have been totally reliable and friendly and were always approachable, if we thought something minor was not quite right, it was discussed with them by not only myself but mainly my wife. Management have been just a phone call away when we change the scope (added windows, additional paving) in which a meeting would be organized on site for a time convenient to us and discussed and arranged that day.

The site was cleaned and cleared each and every day before they left site, and when required taken off site. Security on site although they had to have access to the main house, was very good with only one problem which was probably not even their doing (this was my granddaughters fairies taken from the front garden) However the management saw fit at the end of the project to present my six year old granddaughter with a set of new fairies, which we felt was a an extremely wonderful gesture. If any other person is considering building a retirement cottage or indeed any form of building, myself and my wife recommend Blue Ray Homes for a stress less construction, a fantastic relationship easy going on both sides. In approximately three months of the project there was not even one minor argument between us and the builder.

When there was a problem management would immediately have a meeting between the parties and it would be solved and disappear before it even could start to impact onto the relationship between client and builder. Yes we did have a few minor disagreements but these were clipped in the bud immediately by Blue Ray.

Yes Blue Ray Homes WE will recommend you to all, your service is second to none, even our friends do not believe us when we tell the story of the building of our cottage.
